Rawda AlRaeesi

Rawda Al Raeesi is an Advocate in the Dispute Resolution Team at Hadef & Partners. Her practice encompasses a broad range of contentious matters, including criminal disputes, real estate disputes, rental disputes, and commercial and civil litigation.

Rawda advises on contentious matters, providing legal analysis and strategic guidance across a range of disputes before the UAE courts and relevant authorities. Her practice includes developing case strategies, formulating legal arguments, drafting substantive pleadings and submissions, and representing clients in oral hearings and proceedings before the UAE courts and relevant authorities. She advises both local and international clients on the merits and procedural aspects of disputes, with a focus on developing effective legal strategies tailored to the circumstances of each matter.

Rawda has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), with Honours and Distinction from the University of Sharjah.
