Mohammed is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team in Dubai. He regularly guides local and international clients, including publicly listed companies and sovereign entities, in respect of proceedings in all courts and venues of the UAE. In addition to advising on LCIA, UNCITRAL and ICC arbitration proceedings, Mohammed has also assisted major international clients in investigating and pursuing, as well as defending, multi-billion dollar allegations of financial fraud, embezzlement and money laundering, both in the criminal and civil courts.
