Mohamed is a Senior Counsel in our Dispute Resolution department. He has over 20 years of litigation experience in the Middle East, advising and handling disputes in the areas of shipping, aviation, financial crime, commercial and banking. He represented high profile GCC companies and international clients in complex litigation matters before all court levels. He also represented clients in resolving their disputes by alternative dispute resolution methods. His clients include some of the world’s largest shipping companies, government agencies, energy companies, port authorities, P&I clubs, airlines, insurers, banks and financial institutions.
Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Mohamed worked for major international law firms in Dubai and prominent law firms in Kuwait, Egypt and Australia.
Mohamed earned his Bachelor of Law from Alexandria University in Egypt and Master of Legal Practice from Western Sydney University in Australia. He has also earned Master of International Trade and Commerce Law from Macquarie University in Australia.
Mohamed is admitted as solicitor and barrister before the Supreme Court of New South Wales in Australia. He is also admitted before the High Court of Australia and New Zealand and before the Court of Appeal in Egypt. He is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales in Australia and the Egyptian Bar Association.
