Haitham is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice in Dubai. He specialises in litigation procedures, in particular those associated with criminal law, and matters concerning many UAE local authorities, specifically the Dubai courts, Dubai Public Prosecution and Dubai Police.
 
Prior to commencing with Hadef & Partners in 2011, Haitham worked in private practice for two UAE law firms from 2001 to 2011.
 
He holds a Degree in Law from Tanta University in Egypt and is a member of the Egypt Bar Association.
 
Haitham is fluent in Arabic and English.
