• Advised a semi Dubai government entity and major district cooling service provider, on real estate reorganization of their assets located in non-freehold areas of UAE upon acquisition of 50% ownership by a global investment firm based in UK.
• Advised Centurion Group, a leading Dubai based developer on a series of joint venture developments with Ellington Properties, for the development of various residential projects across Dubai.
• Advised a leading Indian industrialist family in their maiden real estate development projects in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah in joint venture with a Dubai based Real Estate Development Company.
• Advised a prominent UAE conglomerate in a joint venture and project management arrangement with a real estate developer for a major residential project in Al Jaddaf, Dubai.
• Advised the promoter of a leading UAE based Aviation Company on his investment in and consequent development and sale of residential villas in joint venture with a leading Dubai based real estate developer.
