Zaid Qasem

Trainee Solicitor (England & Wales)
  • Zaid is a Trainee Solicitor training to qualify in the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He has completed his corporate / commercial seat where he worked on a variety of matters such as IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, and corporate governance. He is now in his regulatory and government seat, where he advises on various international and local matters of substantive law, taxation legislation, virtual assets regulations, and various other regulatory and legislative matters. 

    Prior to joining Hadef, Zaid completed multiple internships in various international law firms in the UAE, and worked for an international investment bank in London. 

    In terms of his qualifications, Zaid holds an LLB from Brunel University London and has obtained his LPC certificate from BPP University. He is on track to qualify as a solicitor of England and Wales, and is fluent in both Arabic and English.
