Unkar is an England & Wales qualified solicitor and has worked in the GCC since 2014, having relocated after working many years in the City of London. Unkar has a wealth of both international and regional experience in advising on all aspects of real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on large scale mixed use master developments, hospitality and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Hadef & Partners Unkar worked for an International Firm and dealt with matters across the Gulf having acted for a wide range of clients including both master and sub developers, landowners, HNW individuals and quasi Government entities and was appointed by RERA Bahrain in drafting the legal framework governing the real estate sector in the Kingdom.
Unkar is fluent in English and Punjabi with strong proficiency in Hindi.
