Tinille is an Associate in our Corporate team in the Dubai office.

Tinille specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and has experience in a range of sectors, including healthcare, education, FinTech and technology.

She holds Law Degrees from the University of Nottingham and the University of Witwatersrand. Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Tinille practiced as a private equity attorney in South Africa, and at an international law firm in Dubai.
