Shayna Amar

Shayna Amar is an associate in the Corporate practice in Dubai. She is a dual-qualified lawyer (France and England & Wales) advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters across the UAE and internationally.

She has experience supporting clients on both transactional and non-transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and governance. Shayna works closely with clients throughout the lifecycle of a transaction, from initial structuring and due diligence through to negotiation and completion.

Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Shayna trained at a leading international law firm and subsequently practised at a corporate law firm in Dubai, where she developed strong regional experience advising on cross-border transactions.

Shayna is fluent in English and French.

• Conducted legal due diligence on UAE target companies and coordinated with international counsel on cross-border elements.
