Rashed is the Head of Execution & Enforcement in the Dispute Resolution practice in Dubai. He specialises in civil and commercial matters and has full rights of audience before the local and federal courts in the UAE.

Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Rashed worked as a Court Clerk at a regional law firm for four years where he then successfully completed his legal training to become an advocate.

Rashed has a Bachelors of Law degree from the Ajman University of Science and Technology.

• Supervised asset tracing and identification in enforcement cases, optimizing asset recovery and the execution of court orders.
• Advised a UAE entity on execution proceedings involving an amount exceeding 1 billion dirhams.
• Advising on the enforcement of foreign judgments in the UAE against a client for an amount exceeding USD 1.3 billion.
