Rachael Scourfield is a Senior Associate in the Commercial practice. She has over 13 years’ post-qualification experience, including nine years in the UAE.
Rachael advises local and international clients on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters, spanning both contentious and non-contentious work. She has significant experience supporting clients across various sectors, providing practical, business-focused advice tailored to the UAE market.
Her practice covers a wide range of commercial matters, including business and consumer contracting, outsourcing, supply of goods and services, e-commerce, consumer protection, competition law, data privacy, distribution, franchising and agency arrangements.
Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Rachael served as Senior Legal Counsel at a UAE government entity. She also previously practised in private practice in both the UK and the UAE, including with a leading international law firm.
