Rabia is an Associate in the Employment team in Dubai. An England and Wales qualified solicitor, she advises on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, drawing on her UK employment law experience and background in commercial disputes and litigation. She takes a practical approach to employment law, with an appreciation of the workplace challenges businesses face.
Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Rabia advised on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious UK employment matters. Her experience includes Employment Tribunal claims involving unlawful terminations, discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract and unauthorised deductions from wages. She has supported clients with employment disputes, settlement negotiations, redundancy and restructuring exercises, and employment issues arising from wider corporate and commercial projects. She has also coordinated employment advice across multiple jurisdictions, developing experience in managing complex matters and working with clients and stakeholders across different teams.
More recently, Rabia has gained experience advising on employment matters across mainland UAE, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the ADGM. She also has experience drafting UAE-compliant employment documentation, including employment contracts and settlement agreements, and assisting with internal workplace processes, including performance management meetings and termination of employment.
Rabia qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in September 2025 and is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
