Muthanna is a Paralegal in our Dispute Resolution Department. Muthanna has over 14 years of experience working in dispute resolution matters and overseeing litigation cases and management of caseloads. 

Muthanna joined Hadef & Partners in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Muthanna worked in the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department for 5 years as a Court Clerk/Assistant for the Chief Justice of Abu Dhabi First Instance Court. 

Muthanna has a focus on litigation before all Federal and Emirate level Courts. He conducts registration of all types of cases and initiates claims on behalf of clients. He oversees the progress of the litigation cases from registration to conclusion. Muthanna also is part of the firm’s knowledge management team and participates in the firm’s knowledge hub in respect of legal, business and commercial awareness.
