  • Mohammed is an Associate in our Corporate and M&A and Commercial practices in Abu Dhabi. Mohammed has extensive experience in M&A and capital markets transactions, and he also provides legal advice on non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters.

    Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Mohammed worked as a M&A lawyer for two of the leading law firms in Egypt and as an ECM lawyer for a reputable local law firm based in Dubai.

    Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s degree in law with honors from Ainshams University, a Master's degree in law from the University of Hamburg, and a Master's degree in economics from Cairo University.

    Mohammed is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and is fluent in Arabic and English.

    • Advised Purehealth Holding on its IPO and Listing on The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange
    • Advised on the merger of three UAE cooperative societies – Al Ain, Delma and Al Dhafra into the Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society. 
    • Represented Ajman Bank in Oversubscribed AED 550 Million Rights Issue.
    • Advised Empower (the Dubai Central Cooling Company) on its IPO to sell two billion ordinary shares equivalent to 20% of the total issued share capital of Empower and list on the DFM. 
    • Advised Ezdehar Management on its acquisition of a 60% stake in the Zahran Market Chain.
    • Advised on the Acquisition of shares in Modern Waterproofing S.A.E. through a Mandatory Tender Offer.
    • Advised BPE Partners on its purchase of 51% of the share capital of EG-IVF Center.
    • Advised E-Finance SAE on its IPO and listing on the Egyptian stock exchange.
    • Advised the Consortium of LimeVest Partners and Tawasol Holdings SAE in closing the mandatory tender offer (MTO) of 11.53 million shares of Alexandria for Medical Services SAE.
