Mohammad Aljuneidi is an English-qualified Associate in the Corporate team in Abu Dhabi. With a focus on delivering strategic legal solutions for complex transactions, he advises clients across various corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance. Mohammad was recently seconded to Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC.

Mohammad holds an L.L.B in Law with Commercial pathway from City Law School, City University of London. He also holds an L.L.M in International Business Law from  The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London.

Mohammad is bilingual, fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
