Mima is an Associate in the Corporate Practice at Hadef & Partners.
 
She has over four years of experience practising corporate and commercial law in New Zealand. She has advised on private equity transactions, joint ventures, capital raising, and a broad range of commercial contracts, working with clients across industries including technology, food and beverage, and start-ups. Her expertise lies in providing practical, business-focused legal advice tailored to clients’ needs.
 
Mima is fluent in both English and Arabic. 
 
Mima holds Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Design, each from Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand. Mima is admitted to practice in the High Court of New Zealand.

• Assisted on the acquisition of shares in a leading sleep and breathing medical facility in New Zealand by an international company client, valued between $3.8 and $4 million NZD.
• Assisted in the successful closure of multiple investments and pre-seed deals for a venture capital client, including a $3 million NZD capital injection into a NZ pet food company with U.S. branches.
• Led the drafting of a bespoke Cloud Services Agreement and other commercial contracts for a digital transformation consultancy business.
