Mathlah is a Trainee Advocate in our Regulatory & Government Advisory Practice in Abu Dhabi. She successfully completed her degree throughout her academic journey; she consistently ranked among the distinguished students with an excellent grade point average.
Mathlah participated in several competitions during her academic studies, including annual scientific research competitions organized by the college. She achieved second place for the best research titled “Surrogacy Renting.”
Mathlah participated in the commercial arbitration competition organized by the Saudi Centre for Arbitration in Riyadh. She gained valuable skills from this experience, including writing memos for both the claimant and the respondent, applying international laws and agreements such as the International Sales of Goods Convention (CISG), analysing facts and refuting claims, as well as pleading skills before the arbitration panel. She and her team also achieved three places in the competition. Moreover, she served as an arbitrator in the competition for the year (2023-2024), effectively showcasing her expertise in the field. Currently, Mathlah is undergoing training in the judiciary department with the goal of becoming a qualified lawyer.
