Manali is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice in Dubai. Manali advises on a range of real estate matters, including real estate development, commercial leasing, hospitality, and branded residences.

She advises on transactional as well as contentious matters including sale and purchase of high value real estate, joint ventures, property management arrangements, real estate finance, property litigation, corporate structuring and all aspects of real estate development from project initiation and site acquisition, to post-project completion and management. Manali represents a variety of clients including government entities, developers, investors, UHNW and HNW individuals and financial institutions.

Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Manali worked in the real estate team of a leading law firm in Mumbai, India. Manali received her Bachelors in Law from the University of Mumbai and is admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, India. She gained her Masters in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, USA and is also licensed to practise law in the State of New York, USA. Manali is fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.

• Acting for the owner of a hotel and serviced apartments located in DIFC and operated by a global operator under a luxury brand with the sub-division, title restructuring, refurbishment of the serviced apartments into luxury branded residences and sale to third party purchasers.
• Advising Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC), a public joint stock company operating five commercial airports in Abu Dhabi on their entire suite of template documentation for leasing, licensing and Musataha arrangements to reflect the current legal regime and prevailing market practice.
• Advising EMICOOL, a semi Dubai government entity and one of the largest district cooling service providers in the Middle East on real estate reorganization of its assets located in non-freehold areas of the UAE.
• Acting for Centurion Group, a leading Dubai based developer in a series of joint venture developments with Ellington Properties, for the development of various residential projects across Dubai.
