Maaz Osama is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department in the Dubai office.
He advises on a range of dispute resolution and enforcement matters, providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients. His work includes handling complex enforcement proceedings and supporting clients through all stages of the dispute process.
Maaz obtained his Bachelor of Sharia and Law from the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Omdurman Islamic University, Sudan, in 2017 and is a licensed lawyer registered with the Sudanese Bar Association.
Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Maaz gained valuable experience working in Sudan and the UAE, first as a practising lawyer and more recently as a legal researcher in the UAE, where he developed a strong understanding of procedural and substantive law.
Maaz speaks Arabic and English.
