Lavanya is a Senior Paralegal in the Corporate Practice at Hadef & Partners.

She has significant experience on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, liquidations, contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, data protection and sanctions. Due to her substantial litigation and arbitration background gained earlier in her career, Lavanya is also able to consider cost-effective and time-efficient ways of potentially resolving issues that clients may face.
 
Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Lavanya worked with 2 publicly listed insurance companies and several leading law firms. 

Lavanya is qualified as a Company Secretary in the UK. She holds double LLMs in Commercial Law, from Queen Mary University of London and Singapore Management University.
 
Lavanya is admitted to the Bar Council of India and The Chartered Governance Institute of the UK & Ireland.

Lavanya is bilingual, fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil.
