  • Laure Savant-Ros is an associate in the Corporate practice in Dubai. She is dual-qualified in England & Wales and in France (Paris Bar), advising on a broad range of corporate transactions.

    She has experience supporting clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring and governance matters. Laure works with international investors, corporates, founders, developers, and financial sponsors, often on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions requiring coordination across legal and commercial workstreams.

    Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Laure trained and practised in the London and Paris offices of a leading international law firm, before completing her MBA at INSEAD and relocating to the UAE.

    Laure is fluent in English and French.

    • Advised a French-controlled multinational energy company on negotiating and drafting the Nuclear Services Agreement for the £30–38 billion Sizewell C nuclear power project in the UK.
    • Advised on English law aspects of a European multinational aerospace corporation and a French airline 50/50 joint venture pooling aircraft parts and repair capacity for the global A350 fleet (500+ aircraft in operation), including leading the due diligence exercise.
    • Advised a French utility company on two rounds of minority investments in SMIL, a microgrid developer in Africa.
    • Advised a French investor on the multi-million acquisition of six London climbing gyms.
    • Advising the project sponsors on corporate and commercial issues in connection with the development of a 3,200 MW gas-to-power project in Bac Lieu, Vietnam to be supplied by an integrated LNG import project.
