  • Representative Matters

    • Analysed the implementation of the new UAE Civil Transactions Law and assisted with preparing legal advice on its practical implications.
    • Assisted in preparing client training presentation materials by analysing the application of UAE legislation to workplace investigations, criminal procedure, and the legal responsibilities of employees and supervisors, translating legal principles into practical workplace guidance.
    • Assisted in analysing commercial dispute matters by preparing analytical case summaries, reviewing contracts and correspondence, assessing the parties' respective positions, and identifying the key issues in dispute.
    • During a rotation in the Regulatory & Government Advisory team, assisted in reviewing and re-drafting a commercial agreement, including benchmarking contractual provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, force majeure, data protection, and audit rights.
