Laryssa is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team based in Abu Dhabi. She is an Australian qualified solicitor with extensive experience in advising clients at all stages of the business cycle – from emerging startups to multinational corporations – across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance.
With a commercial mindset and commitment to excellence, Laryssa strives to be a trusted advisor to clients. She is also a published author having been featured in one of Australia’s most cited legal journals, Australian Business Law Review, on business practice and commercial law in Australia and overseas, and in the Governance Institute of Australia’s Governance Directions journal.
Laryssa has completed a Master of Laws (High Distinction) specialising in International Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce, each from Bond University in Australia.
