Komal is a UK qualified solicitor with 8 years of legal experience in the region. 

Komal’s experience encompasses a diverse range, from private practice to in-house roles, where she has advised on contentious and non-contentious employment matters within the UAE. She has also gained substantial experience in corporate and commercial law. 

Komal has worked in the energy and resources department of an international law firm in Dubai for three years, predominantly advising clients on corporate and employment matters. 

Komal holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, has completed the Legal Practice Course and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Law Society of England and Wales in 2022. 

Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Komal worked as a legal consultant for a multinational cosmetics corporation and a food manufacturing company where she gained valuable experience in employment matters and commercial contracts in the food and beverage, and retail industry.
