Kadry is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution department in Dubai. He has over 28 years experience working in the UAE at both local and international law firms. He has an extensive background in a wide range of litigation and disputes involving marine, insurance, real estate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Kadry worked for a number of local and international UAE law firms, one of which he established the real estate practice. Prior to this, he spent five years working as an in-house legal advisor at a land reclamation company in Egypt. Kadry has deep local knowledge and experience of litigating in both Dubai and the Middle East region, and provides his clients with clear direction throughout the local court processes.

Kadry holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Alexandria, Egypt and went on to complete both, specialised and extensive preparation courses for International Arab Arbitrators. He is licensed to appear before all Egyptian courts and is a member of the International Arbitration Centre of Egypt. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
