Jawaher is a Trainee Advocate in our Dispute Resolution Team based in Dubai 

She is currently undertaking the UAE Lawyers Training Program with the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and based in UAE.

Currently pursuing an LLM in Business International Law at Paris Assas Pantheon. Jawaher has gained legal experience across multiple international sectors.

Jawaher specializes in corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, regulatory compliance, licensing, and dispute resolution within the UAE. She further enhanced her expertise by participating in the prestigious RYAD Dispute Week in 2024. Her legal knowledge spans various fields, including commercial and construction law, as well as estate planning for family offices.

Jawaher's exceptional academic performance and practical legal skills are complemented by her fluency in both Arabic and English.
