Hussein is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department. He is admitted in Ontario, Canada, with a practice focused on dispute resolution and international arbitration, particularly in the construction and energy sectors across the GCC region.
Hussein has experience spanning both Canadian and Middle Eastern jurisdictions. Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, he handled commercial and corporate disputes in Ontario, including court applications and motions, examinations for discovery, drafting pleadings, and trial preparation. His work contributed to reported appellate decisions and favourable court outcomes. Since 2023, he has been based in the GCC, where his practice has centred on international arbitration and complex construction and commercial disputes, including high-value matters exceeding EUR 300 million.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, Hussein works seamlessly across common law and civil law systems, combining strong procedural expertise with a practical, commercially focused approach.
