  • Diana is a Senior Associate qualified in English law and a member of Hadef and Partners’ commercial team. She brings over seventeen years of post-qualification experience, twelve of which have been spent in the United Arab Emirates. During this time, she has developed significant expertise in advising both local and international clients on a diverse range of transactional and contractual matters across various business sectors.

    Her commercial practice is dedicated to delivering practical legal advice on issues that arise throughout a business’s lifecycle. This includes guidance on business and consumer contracting, outsourcing, supply of goods and services, e-commerce, consumer protection, competition law, data privacy, distribution, franchising, and agency law.

    Throughout her career in both the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, Diana has maintained a specific focus on technology law. Before joining Hadef and Partners, she served as the Legal Director of Procurement and Technology for a multinational media and entertainment corporation, gaining invaluable insights into the practical aspects of adopting and implementing new technologies. Leveraging her expertise in the technology sector, Diana provides specialized legal advice on complex technology contracts for both turnkey and modular technology products and solutions. She also advises clients on the data privacy implications of adopting new technologies and assists them in navigating UAE data privacy laws, particularly in the context of multi-jurisdictional technology systems.
