Christopher is an associate in the Corporate team in the Dubai office. He advises on a broad range of corporate transactions. Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Christopher spent 3 years at a prominent local firm in Dubai, advising clients across the Middle East on general corporate and commercial advisory matters, share/asset acquisitions and joint ventures.

He also worked in the Dubai office of a leading offshore law firm, where he advised on a wide range of offshore corporate and regulatory matters. Christopher holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a postgraduate diploma in legal practice. He is admitted to the New York State Bar Association as an attorney and counsellor at law.

• Advising Uniper, a an international energy company headquartered in Germany, on the sale of its UAE-based crude oil processing and marine fuel trading business to a consortium of Montfort Group and the Private Office of Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum.
