Bilal Mirza is an Associate in the Real Estate department at Hadef & Partners.
He is an experienced real estate lawyer with his practice covering all aspects of real estate investment and development. This includes off-plan and project development, hospitality and leisure projects, commercial sales and acquisitions, and development leasing. Bilal has acted for institutional investors, governmental entities, pension funds and real estate developers on landmark projects in the UK and Middle East, and continues to provide strategic advice to clients on real estate matters in the UAE, wider Middle East and UK.
Bilal trained and qualified in the UK, before moving to the region in 2022 with a leading International law firm, initially in Bahrain and then followed by the UAE. Since moving to the region, Bilal has gained significant exposure to high-value development projects and transactions involving significant cross-border elements and has played a pivotal role in transactions that span the Middle East.
Bilal holds an LLB from BPP University of London and an LLM from the University of Law, following which he qualified and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2020.
