  • Ayman Saey is a Senior Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution team in Dubai. Ayman has broad experience in civil and commercial disputes and developing experience in the intersection between civil and criminal UAE law. He support lawyers in a wide range of “onshore” and “offshore” disputes work spanning, for example: the recognition and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards; applications for interim measures; contract, commercial agency, investment, real estate, rental and financing disputes; civil fraud; and first instance claims and appeals.

    Ayman was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2023. Before that, he completed the Graduate Diploma in Law with distinction and the Bar Course with merit and an Advocacy Scholarship.

    Prior to joining Hadef, Ayman was a Small Claims Judge and the Senior Judicial Assistant at the DIFC Courts, where he worked on around 270 proceedings and assisting judges with delivering around 130 reasoned decisions, many of which have been considered significant judgments and around 40 of which are cited in the seminal commentary on DIFC procedure, DIFC Courts Practice (Reed, R. and Montagu-Smith, T. (eds.), 2nd edition, Edward Elgar 2024).
