Ayman is a Senior Associate within our Dispute Resolution team based in Dubai. With over 17 years of legal experience, Ayman advises clients across a wide range of disputes, with a particular focus on criminal, civil, commercial, and real estate matters. Fluent in both Arabic and English, he has developed deep familiarity with UAE court procedures, particularly in complex litigation involving criminal defense, commercial claims, contractual claims, compensation claims, Dubai Rental Disputes and real estate project disputes.

His experience includes providing legal opinions, drafting contracts , settlement agreements, and supporting arbitration teams in matters requiring expert input on UAE laws. Ayman also plays a key leadership role in mentoring junior team members and coordinating litigation strategies across multiple forums.

• Acted for one of the world’s leading international audit firms in complex compensation claim valued at AED 7 Billion before the Court, securing a favorable judgment for the client.
• Advised and represented high-value entities in commercial and construction-related disputes, including claims involving breach of contract and delay penalties.
• Participated in high-value arbitration claims and claims examined by foreign courts as a team member in preparing expert legal opinions where the applicable law is the UAE law.
• Advised and represented high profile clients in extradition proceedings involving INTERPOL, with outcomes resulting in the dismissal of the extradition request.
• Successfully challenged tax-related assessments in contentious proceedings, achieving favorable outcomes through litigation.
• Defended clients in capital offense cases involving capital punishment charges, achieving favorable results.
• Successfully nullified General Assembly decisions in shareholder disputes on the grounds of procedural and substantive irregularities under UAE Commercial Companies Law.
• Acted in liquidation proceedings involving a Private Joint Stock Company with a capital value nearing AED 1 billion.
