Amna Al Hammadi

Amna is an Advocate in the Dispute Resolution Practice in Abu Dhabi. She is qualified to appear before the UAE Federal Courts and Abu Dhabi Courts and has experience acting on a broad range of civil, commercial, employment, real estate, criminal and enforcement matters.

Amna regularly assists local and international clients in contentious matters before the UAE courts and judicial authorities, including preparing pleadings and submissions, advising on litigation strategy, attending court-appointed expert proceedings, and assisting with settlement negotiations and enforcement proceedings.

Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Amna worked as a Compliance Specialist at Standard Chartered Bank.

Amna holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University with honours and a Bachelor of Law with honours from the United Arab Emirates University. During her studies, Amna completed multiple internships in national and international law firms in the UAE and successfully participated in the 29th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
