Ammarah is an Associate in our Corporate team in the Dubai office. Ammarah advises clients ranging from various industry sectors (including companies, management teams, family offices, investors, and shareholders) in respect of a variety of Corporate matters. Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Ammarah worked for a leading Regional Law Firm in England specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, early-stage funding rounds, company re-organisations, restructuring and refinancing.
Ammarah also has extensive experience in playing a fundamental role in due diligence processes and her attention to detail enables her to report back to clients in a clear and succinct manner.
Ammarah holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a postgraduate diploma in legal practice. She was admitted to the Solicitors Regulation Authority as a Solicitor in England & Wales in September 2021.
