Ammarah is an Associate in our Corporate team in the Dubai office. Ammarah advises clients ranging from various industry sectors (including companies, management teams, family offices, investors, and shareholders) in respect of a variety of Corporate matters. Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Ammarah worked for a leading Regional Law Firm in England specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, early-stage funding rounds, company re-organisations, restructuring and refinancing.

Ammarah also has extensive experience in playing a fundamental role in due diligence processes and her attention to detail enables her to report back to clients in a clear and succinct manner.

Ammarah holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a postgraduate diploma in legal practice. She was admitted to the Solicitors Regulation Authority as a Solicitor in England & Wales in September 2021.

• Advising Jacobs & Thompson, an international elastomeric foam supplier headquartered in Canada, on its acquisition of Ramfoam Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of polyethylene materials based in the UAE and UK. 
• Advising family offices in respect of estate planning and assisting such family offices with the establishment of Foundations in the Dubai International Financial Centre Free Zone.
• Advising a leading car manufacturer on regulatory issues, namely the licensing requirements and the corporate advisory aspects.
• Assisting and advising major Power Plants in the UAE with various company secretarial matters.
• Assisting and advising foreign individuals/companies with the optimal structure for the establishment of entities in the UAE.
