  • Aleyna is an Associate in the Corporate practice in Dubai. She advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, corporate structuring, commercial transactions, succession planning and regulatory compliance. Aleyna has worked across multiple jurisdictions, assisting clients with corporate governance, investment structuring, succession planning, and cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulatory requirements.

    Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, she gained extensive experience in corporate advisory and professional services, advising ASX-listed companies, government entities, multinational corporations, and significant private groups on high-value transactions and complex regulatory frameworks. Aleyna holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business Economics from Flinders University in Australia and is admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of South Australia.

    • Providing comprehensive legal and strategic guidance on due diligence and risk assessment for high-value corporate transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, thorough tax due diligence, and seamless deal completion.
