  • Ahmed is a Paralegal, Licensing & Registration in the Corporate department in Abu Dhabi. He advises both international and local companies as well as family businesses on all matters relating to applicable UAE licensing, registration laws and regulations. He is regularly involved in various types of licensing matters, including complex M&A transactions, corporate and family reorganisations.

    Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and is a Certified Paralegal accredited by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX). He is presently undertaking the CPQ Professional stage in Business & Employment Law at the CILEX Law School, the United Kingdom.
