  • Ahmed is a qualified senior associate in our Dispute Resolution department. He has 25 years of experience advising on a wide and varied range of complex, national and cross-border disputes, including raising and defending civil, banking, commercial, employment, construction, property and corporate claims. 

    His wide-ranging experience has been heavily focused on banking disputes involving bankruptcy, loan recovery, mortgages, and other commercial matters. Ahmed also has extensive experience with high-value employment matters, including defending high-profile companies against major international claims.

    Ahmed’s experience also includes advising high-profile governmental entities up to the Supreme Court stage, including multiple government and government-owned energy companies.

    Ahmed has also successfully resolved disputes through miscellaneous means, including settlement agreements and various alternative dispute resolution methods. 

    Ahmed graduated from Zagazig University in Egypt in 2000 with a LLB and was admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association and is registered as a lawyer before the Egyptian Cassation Court.

    • Representing a UK company in an employment dispute resulting in the total defence of the client.
