Unkar brings extensive international and regional expertise in advising on complex real estate matters, with a particular focus on large-scale mixed-use master developments, hospitality projects, and regulatory matters. His practice spans advisory, transactional, and development work, representing a wide spectrum of clients including master and sub-developers, landowners, high-net-worth individuals, and quasi-government entities.
Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Unkar worked with an international law firm, where he advised clients across the Gulf. Notably, he was appointed by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in Bahrain to draft the legal framework governing the Kingdom’s real estate sector.
