Chris Bailey Gibbs is Head of the Employment Practice. He has over 14 years of experience advising clients across all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, providing strategic guidance and supporting clients through complex employment matters. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including transport, retail, private equity, construction, manufacturing, food, energy, and finance. Chris also handles HR advisory, workplace investigations, business protection, restructuring programs, and M&A matters. Mohamed Wahba is a key member in the Dispute Resolution team with over 23 years of experience. He represents reputable GCC and international corporations in high-value commercial, labour, insurance, construction, and criminal disputes. His practice includes handling asset attachment claims, payment order applications, enforcement or nullification of foreign judgments, and arbitral awards in the UAE.
