George Anis is a key member of our Regulatory and Government Advisory Practice, bringing fifteen years of expertise in government, regulatory, tax advisory, public law, and dispute resolution. George has extensive experience advising government and private entities on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters. He also acts as an arbitrator in contractual and construction disputes and provides strategic advice to private sector clients seeking clarity on government determinations.
Mohamed Eissa is an integral member of our Dispute Resolution Practice. He has over twenty years of litigation experience in the Middle East, advising and handling disputes in shipping, aviation, financial crime, commercial and banking. He has represented top tier GCC companies and international clients in complex litigation matters before all level of the court.
Marwan Abdel Hamid is a key member of our Corporate Practice. He is regularly involved in complex reorganisational matters as well as advising a number of local and expatriate families in the UAE and GCC. He advises on a range of corporate structuring, family wealth planning, advisory and regulatory matters as well as Capital Markets and Initial Public Offering transactions.
Rami Obeid is an integral member of our Dispute Resolution Practice. He has substantial experience handling a wide range of commercial litigation and has acted for leading regional and multi-national companies on a variety of complex, high value disputes. His practice includes a broad range of commercial matters with particular experience in commercial contracts, real estate, insurance, intellectual property and debt recovery matters.
