Bilal Snaineh is a key member of our Corporate team. He has significant local and international experience in initial public offerings, private placement transactions, joint ventures and corporate structuring and restructuring. He regularly advises financial institutions, governmental and quasi-governmental enterprises, investment managers and private equity funds on a wide range of corporate governance matters, general corporate and advisory work.
Ghalib Mahmoud is an integral member of our Dispute Resolution team. He represents clients in complex litigation before the DIFC Courts, the ADGM Courts, the local-onshore UAE Courts and international arbitrations. Ghalib frequently advises clients in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, financial/banking litigation, shareholder disputes, asset tracing and corporate investigations.
Rami Omar is a key member of our Dispute Resolution team. Rami advises clients on many areas of dispute resolution including general commercial, civil, construction, real estate, customs, antitrust, intellectual property, penal and cybercrime.
