We have advised and assisted some of the world’s wealthiest businesspeople, industrialists, family offices, and members of royal families on the sale and purchase of high value villas and apartments in the UAE

• Advised an UHNWI in the sale of an ultra-high-value luxury villa on Palm Jumeirah, marking one of the most expensive villa sales globally in 2022.
• Advised one of the world’s largest steel manufacturers, in purchasing three high-value luxury plots in Dubai Hills for the purpose of constructing a mega mansion. The transaction marked the most expensive villa plot acquisition in Dubai for a single-family home at the time.
• Advised a UHNWI based in Gibraltar with the purchase of 3 ultra-luxury penthouses in the Bulgari Residences, Jumeirah Bay community in Dubai for an aggregate price exceeding USD 75,000,000. 
• Advised an UHNWI with the purchase and development of an ultra-luxury villa in the Jumeirah Bay community in Dubai from a leading conglomerate in Saudi Arabia. We also acted as escrow agents for this transaction, holding a significant portion of the purchase price in escrow to be released in tranches to the seller in a complex arrangement that involved several triggers and potential deductions.
