    • Acting for a regional e-commerce platform on trade mark clearance, filing strategy advice, and enforcement strategies for its multi-country portfolio of trade marks and brand indicia. 
    • Acting for a range of local and international food & beverage brands, including in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector, in relation to trade mark, design and copyright protection.  
    • Advising on, implementing and managing the regional trade mark portfolio of a leading US based vaping brand. 
    • Advising one of the Asia Pacific’s largest entertainment companies on its global portfolio of trade marks. 
    • Undertaken advertising review and clearance for a range of brands including one of the world’s most well-known condiment brands; an international cosmetics company; and one of the MENA region’s largest food & beverage companies  
    • Managing the regional and global trade mark portfolios of a wide range of brand owners including a leading luxury travel goods company; a leading transportation parts and energy company headquartered in the UAE but operating in more than 40 countries around the world; and for one of the fastest growing food & beverage brands in the UAE. 
    • Represented various local and international entities on MENA-wide trade mark filing programs, including one of Asia’s largest personal care & beauty brands, an award winning international flag-carrier airline, and a multinational defence company.
