We are looking for a Practice Manager to support our Dispute Resolution department across our Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices.
Working closely with the Dispute Resolution partners, the role covers practice planning and operations, client development and directory submissions, knowledge management, associate development and utilisation, and pricing, budgeting and billing.
We are looking for a current or former Dispute Resolution or arbitration practitioner with extensive law firm experience, fluency in English and Arabic, and a solid understanding of contentious work in the UAE onshore and offshore courts and in arbitration. The role calls for commercial judgement, strong influencing skills and the ability to turn plans into delivered outcomes.
