Notably, we take part in the Dubai Fitness Challenge, an inspiring initiative that encourages an active lifestyle and communal spirit. Our Training role in the UAE

Hadef & Partners has been involved in the Dubai Government Legal Affairs Department's Continuing Legal Professional Development (CLPD Programme) from its inception in 2015, and is proud to be one of the five law firms chosen by the Dubai Legal Affairs Department to develop the Mandatory training courses and to participate in training the 3000+ lawyers registered to work in Dubai. Our input has been integral to the success of the CLPD Programme, and in future years, we look to continue our involvement using our knowledge and expertise to help develop the CLPD Programme further.

The CLPD Programme aims to help raise standards in the Emirate and promote excellence within the legal industry in an ever-evolving scheme that will bring Dubai in line with global best practice and standards. The benefits to the Emirate will be an increased confidence in the legal industry, stimulating growth and defining it as a global legal hub and place to do business. The increased protection of the public will further benefit Dubai and will allow the legal industry to help meet the objectives laid down in the UAE’s Vision 2030.

At Hadef & Partners, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are fundamental principles that drive our firm’s culture and operations. We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace not only fosters creativity and innovation but also reflects the values of the broader community we serve. Our commitment to DEI is evident through various initiatives and programs designed to support and empower all members of our team. For example, this year, we launched our Diversity & Inclusion client networking series with an event on International Women’s Day, organized by the Hadef & Partners Women’s Network. This series, featuring renowned art historian Rose Balston, provided educational and networking opportunities for women in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. By breaking down barriers and making art accessible to all, the series underscored our dedication to fostering an inclusive environment where every voice is heard and valued.

Our offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi have adopted various green initiatives, such as reducing paper usage through digitalization, implementing energy-efficient systems, promoting recycling programs and reducing the use of plastic.
